PAYMENTS



Cash patients (those who are not using any medical aid) are liable to pay the full consultation fee while medical aid patients are liable to pay the co-payment and VAT.

Failure to make payment will result in termination of the intended service.

Please note that payments are expected before the health care service (consultation) is provided. In addition, send the proof of payment (POP) to +267 71 777 067 for the Health Assistant to confirm payment.

The Physician and/or Health Assistant will not be liable in any way if a patient provides wrong description of their symptoms whether knowly or not.

The Physician would not be liable for any insurance fraud committed by the patient, an OTP will be used to verify that the patient is who they say they are.

Procedure:

Once you make contact with Doctor on call , you will be asked to provide certain information to enable us to to schedule an appointment for you or to verify who the patient is before the physician can assist you.

Warrant:

by using Doctor on call services , you represent and warrant that;

1. all information you submit is truthful and accurate

2. You will maintain the accuracy of such information and update/inform Doctor on call of any updates to keep information true, current and complete.

3. You are not a minor, if a minor , parental consent has been given to use this website and Doctor on call services.

By clicking the "I agree" button, you give consent, thus this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Doctor on call regarding the use of our services.

Doctor on call shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to act caused by anything beyond our reasonable control.

All calls will be recorded for future reference
